ProtidinShop.com is an online platform that sells fresh fish and other seafood products across Bangladesh. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including weight, price, and description.
However, since most of our products are fresh and natural, there may be slight variations in weight, size, or appearance.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed directly through our website or official WhatsApp numbers.
We accept Cash on Delivery, Bkash, Nagad, and Rocket payments.
Orders are confirmed once payment or delivery approval is received.
ProtidinShop.com reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery Policy

Inside Mymensingh: Delivery charge is 60 BDT.
Outside Mymensingh: Delivery charge is 120 BDT.
Delivery time depends on your location, weather, and product availability.
Customers must be available to receive the delivery at the given address.

5. Returns and Refunds

We aim to provide the best quality products. However, if an item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is processed for delivery. Once a product is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Refunds for canceled orders (if prepaid) will be processed within 3–7 business days.
